Q1: You're the last one today, you must have had to wait a lot. Did this offer any advantage to you?
A1:
I said advantage bhi tha, because questions and review Lia, she asked questions
bhi btae ya answers bhi.
Then she said ye aapke pratidwandi nahi hain ?
I said ma'am, everyone was tensed about the interview, so it became more of a
brotherhood rather than competition amongst the aspirants.

Advantage was there, as I could gather questions and reviews. (Chairman further inquired about the nature of
the questions and answers shared among candidates.)

Q2: You've mentioned working as a freelancer. What does this entail?

A2: (Candidate provided an explanation, which seemed to satisfy the chairman.)

Q3: How would you differentiate between a civil servant and a public servant?
A3:
I said civil servant works under the purview of the government, delegated with
powers and in a way, does public service too.

She wasn't very satisfied with the answer, said they get salary, public service can
be for free also.

I didn't argue, said ok ma'am , she asked another member to continue.

Civil servants operate under government supervision, are delegated with powers, and also perform public
service. (The chairman pointed out that civil servants receive a salary, whereas public service can also be
voluntary.)

Scientific name btao, I said sorry sir. Then he said ,use btao, I said kilmode ki
jadd diabetes m useful hoti hai. Then chairman said, ok you can leave. I was
about to get up.

But member 4 said, I got interested knowing your botany background.

Chairman said, sure sir, you can ask more questions.

I got confused, said 1950-51. He said aur aage badho, then member 3 said, it's
the same as number of cards in a pack.
I said 1952.
They asked constitution kab bana , told them , and also kab force m aaya, told

Postscript: The interview board was cordial, and members gave hints and encouragement. Most members
seemed satisfied with the answers, but the chairman appeared less satisfied. Hoping for the best.

The interview approximately lasted for 30 minutes. One member was speaking entirely in
English and another in complete Hindi. The remaining two used a mix of both languages. Could
