Executive Excellence in edcuation is when we do everything we can to make sure they
Summary become everything they can. ‘’Excellence is not an accomplishment. It is a
spirit, a never-ending process.’’
Teachers who are implementers of the curriculum are well equipped as to
physically, mentally and emotionally to become a well-rounded individual and
more resilient to adapt change.
The input of teachers in the delivery of goods to the learners mirrored the
performance of the teachers in their perspective classes.
Hence, the ideal and appropriate strategies, intervention and approaches in
the teaching-learning process are vital in the increasing learner’s performance as
well as teacher’s well-being. It is important that this well be prioritized and
authentically chosen and utilized to develop teachers holistically.
It is very imperative therefore to capacitate teachers to perform their
functions well through retooling and capability building activities. It is in this
very content then that this proposal is crafted and submitted.

and stress to occur. However, training time and duration were not enough
for them to absorb and grasp all the insights they need to learn from the
resource persons thus it is suggested that the school will propose more
training specifically training's that will enhance their coping mechanism
and use of time for relaxation to be more adapt on coping.
