METHODOLOGY
Research Approach
This study employed a quantitative research method through a descriptive survey. Data
was collected using an online questionnaire designed to measure user perceptions across
several dimensions of user experience.
Data Collection
Instrument: An online questionnaire was created using Google Forms.
Distribution: The form was distributed to Polinema students via online channels.
Survey Period: The data was collected from [Start Date, e.g., June 15, 2025] to [End Date,
e.g., June 21, 2025].
Survey Instrument
User Experience Metrics: A series of statements rated on a 5-point Likert scale, where:
● 1 = Strongly Disagree
● 2 = Disagree
● 3 = Neutral
● 4 = Agree
● 5 = Strongly Agree

Prerequisite Analysis: Normality and Homogeneity Testing
Before analyzing the primary survey data, a series of prerequisite statistical tests were
conducted to ensure the validity of subsequent analyses. The data was subjected to
normality, homogeneity, and ANOVA tests.
1. Normality Test
To determine if the data sample was drawn from a normally distributed population,
several methods were employed as outlined in the analysis notebook, including the
Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Lilliefors, and Chi-squared tests.
2. Homogeneity of Variance Test
A Levene's test was conducted to determine if the variance between different data
groups was equal (homogeneous). The results were as follows:
● Levene's Test Statistic: 1.438
● p-value: 0.2304
Since the p-value (0.2304) is greater than the standard alpha level of 0.05, it is
concluded that there is no significant difference in variance between the groups.
Therefore, the data meet the assumption of homogeneity.
3. ANOVA One-Way Test
An ANOVA test was performed to compare the means of the different groups. The
result indicated that with a p-value greater than the alpha of 0.05, the groups are
considered homogeneous. This reinforces the findings from Levene's test.
