Hi, this is Tom silver, and I've created a very special self-hypnosis program for you to be able to
play once a day to increase your confidence, your motivation, and your success. I'm a big believer
that confidence and motivation will increase your success in everything that you do. Whether it's
making a lot of money, being successful, financially secure, creating your own business internet
platform. Or whether that success is having a great relationship. Kind, loving, giving relationship.
Motivation is a driving force for us to accomplish our goals. Confidence is the inner belief in
ourselves. Knowing that I can do it. You can do it. We can do it. And success is completion of your
goal. Whether that goal. Is making a lot of money. Having a brand new car, having a wonderful
relationship. Finding your soulmate, starting your own business. But first, it's important to get out of
your uncomfortable comfort zone. And with this self-hypnosis program, I'm going to tune your mind
up so that you will believe in yourself 100%. And that belief system will get stronger every day and
in every way. So we're going to begin now. I'd like you to find a comfortable place to sit down and
relax. Maybe a comfortable chair, couch, a bed. I want you to turn all auditory distractions off so
that you can enter into that relaxed, focused, receptive state that we call hypnosis receptivity. At any
time during your self-hypnosis program, you can open your eyes and come right out of that tuned in
state that hypnosis relaxation. But now we're going to begin, and I'm going to guide you in to that
state of magnified concentration where you yourself. Will be downloading the strongest, most
powerful positive emotions, feelings and belief in yourself starting right now. So as you're ready to
begin, what I'd like you to do is just to allow yourself just to kind of get into that state of physical
relaxation. Maybe that means letting your hands just rest on your lap. Or relaxing your hands down
by your side. Maybe you want to close your eyes in the next few moments. Just take a few deep
breaths in and out. With each inhale, think about those two words focused relaxation. Because you're
going to enter into that focused receptive relaxation that we call self-hypnosis receptivity. What I'd
like you to do if your eyes aren't closed, to close your eyes right now, and just imagine your eyelids
becoming relaxed and think to yourself silently, I give myself permission to gently relax the muscles
in my eyelids. I want you to just imagine or visualize or make believe what it would feel like if you
had the ability right here and right now, just to allow your eyelids to become completely and totally
relaxed. Maybe you can imagine, or believe or perceive or pretend. What it would feel like is if with
each and every exhale, with your eyes closed and your eyelids relaxed. That you are allowing every
muscle, nerve fiber and tissue in your body to become completely and totally loose, limp, and
relaxed. You're doing perfect. Think to yourself. I give myself permission to relax the muscles on
top of my head, and to take this wonderful relaxation down the sides of my face, relaxing the
muscles of my shoulders. Relax your shoulders. Now I'm giving myself permission to relax the
muscles in my mouth and jaw. Maybe on one of your exhales, just let your mouth open just a little
bit to relax, turning the tension into relaxation, the relaxation into peacefulness and to inner
confidence. Motivation for your success in your life. And I want you just to imagine that relaxation
gently moving into your hands and fingers and just think to yourself, my entire body is becoming
completely and totally relaxed. Peacefully relaxed, gently relaxed, calmly relaxed. I'm relaxing my
chest muscles. I give myself permission to relax my stomach and to take this wonderful relaxation
all the way down into my hips and legs and knees. It's my ankles and calves and toes, just as though
my entire body was completely and totally relaxed. I'm tuning in to allow Tom's messages,
suggestions, affirmations to enter into my subconscious bio computer because I'm creating a new
operating system and I'm operating this system with an inner core of confidence, I have a new
confidence in myself. I have a new confidence, a healthy, happy confidence within my own life,
within myself, starting right now. And I want you to let this feeling, with each and every inhale, as
though you're breathing in a brand new, a brand new feeling, knowing sense of confidence and think
to yourself, after me, I am now confident. I am now confident in myself. I am now confident in my
life. I am now confident in my thoughts. And just imagine this confidence just moving into every
part of your true being, your inner self, your outer self, your peaceful self, your heart self. And
imagine this confidence within you. Get stronger every day and in every way more powerful. And as
you're becoming more confident, think that. And as I am now accepting confidence in my life, I also.
Am I allowing myself? I'm allowing myself. I'm giving myself permission to now have motivation, a
driving force within my life to get what I deserve in my life, which is the best of everything in my
life, starting now. And whether your motivation and confidence is drawing you and attracting you
towards financial success, financial opportunities, financial wealth and abundance, or your
confidence and motivation is giving yourself permission. Think that I'm giving myself permission to
move into a new comfort zone of feeling really good, knowing that I deserve the best of everything
and that I can and will. Manifest and create an abundance of successful wealth in my life. And you
realize that wealth is happiness. Wealth is health. Wealth is that wonderful relationship. Loving
relationship, kind relationship with yourself and with others. Wealth is that feeling you have when
you think to yourself, today is a great day, I feel fantastic, I will make the most out of today and I
will continue to become more motivated, more confident in my ability to accumulate wealth,
financial security, financial stability, financial abundance because it's what I deserve in my life. And
it's what I give myself permission to have starting right now. See what you're doing as you're in this
wonderful, peaceful, relaxed state of self-hypnosis is your rewiring, your brain, your neurology.
You're opening up your pathways of opportunity, of happiness, of success, of joy, of allowing life to
be more fun every single day for you and for the ones you love and care about. And you realize that
confidence is an inside source. And when you have built that foundation of confidence like you're
building right now, no other human being, including your old self, can take away what it is that you
deserve. Think that I deserve the best of everything. I will create a successful, happier, more
fulfilling life because I have this love and respect for who I am, what I'm able to accomplish, and
how I choose to feel. And I choose to feel happy, happier every single day. More in tune with this
kind of cosmic connection. Meaning I'm open to connect with others. And as I connect into my inner
self, I give myself permission to increase all the wealth and joy and happiness that I now can attain
and draw into my life. And I feel good. Think that I feel really good. Now, in a few moments, I'm
going to count from one up to five. When I reach five, I'll say totally refreshed. And when I reach
five and say totally refreshed, you'll open your eyes. Coming out of your own self-hypnosis process,
knowing that you have now rewired your brain. You give yourself. Think that I give myself positive
thoughts and suggestions every single day to empower my integration of my thinking mind, my
intuitive mind, my creative mind, and my logical mind. I have a new belief system, kind of like a
new solar system in the galaxy, and it's your own new belief solar system. So just breathe in a
feeling of feeling good. Feeling joyful. Confident. Motivated. Successful. And now when I count
from one up to five and say those two words, you'll open your eyes feeling really good because you
are now going to be charged up in a positive way. Ready to go. And now. 12345. Fully refreshed.
Eyes open. Big smile on your face and ready to make the most out of each and every day and in
