listed entities and IPO bound companies. Issuance of certificates under SEBI
Regulations.
• ESOP Policy Drafting and Vetting: Draft and vet ESOP policies as per SEBI
regulations and the Companies Act.

LITIGATION, ARBITRATION & DISPUTE
RESOLUTION
The Firm has legal experts have expertise in
handling diverse, matters in diverse legal spheres
including commercial, civil, recovery, consumer,
property, corporate, commercial, real estate,
matrimonial and family law, insolvency and
bankruptcy law, banking and debt recovery,
contractual breach, fundamental rights, criminal
matters like bails, quashing of bails, appeals and
quasi criminal cases such as cheque bounce cases.
Skilled represented in NDPC, prevention of money
laundering cases, service laws, real estate laws,
intellectual property rights. The Firm also has robust

REAL ESTATE
The Real Estate team of the firm provides services related to land and property due
diligence, structuring the deal, drafting, negotiation, finalisation of real estate
agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license, operation and
management agreements etc. The firm also represents its clients before RERA
authorities and provides consulting and advisory for applying RERA, country town and
development and related licenses for seamless functioning of the real estate clients.

Ranju Goyal is a seasoned legal strategist,
qualified lawyer and Fellow Member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI),
backed by stellar academic credentials including
a law degree from Delhi University’s Campus Law
Centre, a postgraduate diploma in business
administration and a commerce degree from the
prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, she
