MATERNITY LEAVE EXTENSION LETTER

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to certify that Priyanka Nandi having given birth to a newborn on 15 January 2024,
requires an extended period of maternity leave for the care of her newborn. The baby is currently
weak and in need of the mother’s exclusive care for a minimum of 30-32 days from today
onwards.

During this period, it is crucial for Priyanka Nandi to provide continuous maternal care to ensure
the baby’s proper nourishment, health, and development. The recommended duration of leave is
