🐾 What are Animals?
Animals are living things that can move, eat, grow, and reproduce. They come in all shapes, sizes, and
colors. Some live on land, some in water, and some can even fly!
🐶 Types of Animals
1. Mammals – Animals with fur or hair. They give birth to babies and feed them with milk.
→ Examples: Dogs, Cats, Elephants, Humans
2. Birds – They have feathers, lay eggs, and most can fly.
→ Examples: Eagles, Parrots, Chickens
3. Reptiles – Cold-blooded animals with scales.
→ Examples: Snakes, Lizards, Turtles
4. Amphibians – Live in water and land; they have moist skin.
→ Examples: Frogs, Salamanders
5. Fish – Live in water, have gills to breathe, and fins to swim.
→ Examples: Goldfish, Sharks, Tuna
6. Insects – Small animals with six legs.
→ Examples: Ants, Butterflies, Bees

They help nature stay balanced. (Bees help pollinate flowers!)
They give us food, clothes, and medicines. (Like cows, chickens, and sheep)
They are our companions. (Pets like dogs and cats give us love and company.)

Give them clean food and water.
Don’t hurt or scare them.
Protect their homes and the environment.
Be kind and respectful — they feel too!
