should identify, attend the fault/service call within 24 hours from reporting and
also the faulty/damaged components should be replaced within 48 hours from

Vendor to confirm that all supplies shall be of valid type tested design. In case
Vendor is not able to submit report of valid type test(s), then all such tests shall be

commercial,delivery plan & availability basis for optimum techno commercial offer.
