1. Original Passport (valid for at least 195 days with at least two blank pages).
2. Original Education Certificate attested by a) State/local Ministry b) Ministry of External Affairs in country
of origin c) Qatar Embassy in country of origin.
3.Others: a) Qatar ID (if applicable) b) Medical documentation / Reports for pre-existing conditions or
previous medical / surgical treatments c) Prescription Glasses (if being used).
Important Check:
The name order and name spellings MUST be exactly as per your passport. In case of any discrepancy in
the Names Order / Spellings, Date of Birth, Gender, Passport Number / Expiry Date, contact your sponsor
/ employer to get the same corrected. In such case, you may opt for the walk-in express service without
appointment or book a fresh appointment and visit the QVC.

1. Plan your return travel and accommodation, considering the possibility of extended
waiting times for the completion of medical tests.
2. No fasting is required; you may eat and drink normally before your appointment.
3. Wear loose-fitting clothing, especially for female applicants, to allow easy access to your
upper arm during vaccination and blood sampling.
4. Ensure that your palms and fingers are free from any fresh wounds, color marks, henna
decorations, etc. If you are wearing wigs, hair extensions, or contact lenses, they must be
removed for biometric enrollment.
5. Laptops, tablets, and all battery-operated devices, as well as hazardous items, are not
permitted.
6. Limited cloaking and locker facilities may be available for depositing small bags and
mobile phones at the center.
7. Vehicle parking may not be available at the QVC building premises.
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations as and when they are updated (e.g., wearing a
mask).
9. Applicants requiring special assistance may contact the reception desk for guidance and
support.
10. Biometric enrollment and medical tests conducted at QVC are subject to verification by
the MOI and MOH, Qatar. Applicants may need to undergo re-enrollment or revisits.
11. All optional services availed at the center must be paid digitally using given options. We
do not accept cash payments.
12. QVC maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Refrain from
engaging with unauthorized people who demand money or mis-represent themselves as QVC
officials by promising preferential services.
