User Guidance for Client and Campaign Management System
Adding a Client
1. Press the "Add New Contacts" button on the Dashboard page.
2. Provide all necessary client information (Name, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
3. Click the "Save" button after entering all client information.
Adding a Group (List)
1. Press the "Create List" button on the Dashboard page.
2. Enter the "Group Name" and "Description".
3. Click the "Create" button.
Providing Additional Info About a Client (Before Campaign Start)
1. Navigate to Contacts -> All Contacts -> Click "View Profile".
2. Scroll down to find the "Context Question" and "Communication" sections.
3. Enter any additional information here.
Starting a Campaign
1. On the Dashboard page, select the Contact Category and Contacts (search bar available for client
selection).
2. Click the "Next" button. A pop-up will appear - choose "Modify" to make changes or "Continue" to proceed.
3. In Stage 2:
- Enter the Campaign Name.
- Fill in "Tell us about the Campaign".
- Select a Campaign Tag.

- Skip "Add Persona".
4. Click "Next".
5. On the last page, click the "Start" button to initiate the campaign.
After Campaign Start
- Campaign Plans and Draft Messages or Emails will be generated.
- View these by going to the Campaign Page (via the Campaign Link in the header).
- To modify a message or email, press the "Modify" button.
- A prompt will appear; describe the modifications needed.
- Review the updated message/email and repeat modifications as needed.
- Press the "Save" button to finalize and send the email. The message will be stored in the database.
Suggestions for Improvement
Suggestions for UI/UX Improvement:
1. Currently, displaying all emails and campaign details together in the frontend can appear cluttered.
- Suggested Improvement: Show only campaign names initially. Expand to show draft emails/messages
upon user interaction (e.g., click or accordion).
2. The "Additional Info" section in the client profile is not intuitive.
- Suggested Improvement: Redesign this section for better visibility and user-friendly input experience.
