Travel and Medical Services

Chubb Assistance is a 24-hour telephone hotline and referral service

available to designated customers of Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited
(‘Chubb’). The services under Chubb Assistance are provided by Inter
Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited, an independent assistance service
provider.

Services

The below sets out an outline of the services provided. These services are
provided by way of referral and arrangement only and all expenses incurred
are to be borne by the Insured Person.

Travel Assistance
• Inoculation and Visa Requirement Information services:
Chubb Assistance will provide information concerning visa and
inoculation requirements for foreign countries while the member is in
Hong Kong or travelling outside Hong Kong.

• Embassy Referral:
Chubb Assistance will provide the address, telephone number and
hours of opening of the nearest appropriate consulate and embassy
worldwide while travelling outside Hong Kong.

• Interpreter Referral:
Chubb Assistance will provide the address, telephone number and
hours of opening of interpreters worldwide while travelling outside
Hong Kong.

• Loss of Luggage Assistance:
Chubb Assistance will assist the Insured Person if they lose their luggage while travelling outside Hong Kong by
contacting the appropriate authorities involved and providing directions for recovery.

• Loss of Travel Document Assistance:

Chubb Assistance will assist the insured Person if they lose their passport while travelling outside Hong Kong
by contacting the appropriate authorities and providing directions for recovery.

Medical Assistance
• Telephone Medical Advice:
Chubb Assistance will arrange for the provision of medical advice to the Insured Persons over the telephone
while travelling outside Hong Kong.

• Medical Service Provider Referral:

Chubb Assistance will provide the Insured Person with information about physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentists
and dental clinics worldwide while travelling outside Hong Kong.

• Monitoring of Medical Condition when Hospitalized:

Chubb Assistance will remain in contact with the hospital to monitor the Insured Person’s medical condition
during hospitalization while travelling outside Hong Kong.

Medical Arrangements
• Arrangement of Appointments with Doctors:
Chubb Assistance will assist the Insured Person to arrange doctor appointments while travelling outside Hong
Kong.

• Arrangement of Hospital Admission:

Chubb Assistance will assist the Insured Person with arrangements for hospital admission if the medical
condition of the Insured Person is of such gravity as to require hospitalization while travelling outside Hong
Kong.

China Clinical Network (only applicable for Annual policy)

During the Period of Insurance, if an Insured Person sustains Bodily Injury or Sickness in the course of a Journey
and the Insured Person is admitted and Confined in an Appointed Hospital in China as Resident In-patient under
the professional care of a Physician and incurs Medical Expenses during his/her Hospital Confinement, Inter
Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited will, on behalf of Chubb, guarantee to the Appointed Hospital the amount of
admission deposit upon the presentation of the Chubb Assistance – China Emergency Card by the Insured Person.

If the Chubb Assistance – China Emergency Card is misplaced or lost, the Insured Person may request for a card
replacement upon the payment of HK$50 to Chubb per replacement. The Insured Person is not allowed to give the
Chubb Assistance – China Emergency Card to any person who is not a named Insured Person under this Policy.

Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited shall endeavor on a best effort basis to provide the required assistance
and intervention services. Provision of the services is subject to local and/or international resource availability and
the applicable national and international law and regulations. Intervention may depend on Inter Partner Assistance
Hong Kong Limited being able to attain the necessary authorizations issued by the various authorities concerned,
which is outside of the control or influence of Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited.

Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited is not a subsidiary or an affiliate of Chubb and Chubb will not be liable
for any loss or damage caused by or relating to this service or any act or omission of Inter Partner Assistance Hong
Kong Limited.

服務

下列是所提供的各項服務。以下服務僅以轉介及安排的方式提供，且所有
費用須由受保人支付。

旅程協助
• 防疫注射及簽證規定的資訊服務：
當受保人在港或在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 可提供有關世界各
地簽證及防疫注射要求的資料。

• 領使館轉介：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 可提供最接近而合適的領
事館及大使館的地址、電話號碼及辦工時間。

• 傳譯員轉介：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 可為受保人提供世界各地
傳譯員的地址、電話號碼及辦工時間。

• 遺失行李支援：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 會協助受保人在離港旅遊期間遺失行李而需聯絡合適機構，並提
供找尋讓遺失行李的指引。

• 遺失旅遊證件：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 會協助受保人在離港旅遊期間遺失證件而需聯絡合適機構，並
提供補領的方法。

醫療支援
• 電話醫療諮詢：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 可透過電話為受保人安排提供醫療諮詢服務。

• 醫療服務轉介：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 可為受保人提供世界各地醫生、醫院、診所、牙醫及牙醫診所的
資料。

• 住院時醫療狀況監察：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 會與醫生保持緊密聯繫欲以監察受保人在住院期間的醫護情況。

醫療安排
• 醫生預約安排：
當受保人在海外旅遊期間，Chubb Assistance 會幫助受保人預約醫生。

• 入住醫院安排：
當受保人在海外旅遊期問，受保人旅遊途中蒙受身體損傷或疾病，須入住醫院 Chubb Assistance 會協助受保
人安排入住醫院。

中國境內診所網絡 (只適用於全年保單)
在受保期間之內，若受保人於旅途中蒙受身體損傷或疾病，而需以住院病人身份入住中國境內的指定醫院接受醫
生專業的護理，受保人可向指定醫院指定部門出示 Chubb Assistance – 中國支援卡，則可免除入院按金。

若閣下或受保人錯置或遺失 Chubb Assistance –中國支援卡, 則可提出補領要求, 並須每次向安達保險繳付港幣五十

元。閣下或受保人絶對不可把 Chubb Assistance – 中國支援卡交予任何非列旅本保單內之受保人。

Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong Limited 會盡其力提供所需支援及服務。所提供之服務會受當地及/或國際可

提供之資源限制，以及當地國家及/或國際有關法律及條例管制。而可介入服務之程度亦會取決於 Inter Partner
Assistance Hong Kong Limited 能否獲得有關人士/當局/機構授權是不在 Inter Partner Assistance Hong Kong
Limited 控制或影響的。
