Script

Introduction Segment
Ansh:
“Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader… they set out to make a difference.
It’s never about the role—it’s always about the goal.”

Ansh:
A very good morning to the pillar of discipline and dedication in our school—
our beloved and most rev. fr. Vikas Joseph. respected principal Sister Jainy
Mathew, Rev Father Ajay, Res Sr Nilima dear teachers, and fellow students,
Paras:
Doesn’t the morning feel different today? The air feels steadier…
calmer… as if the school itself is silently standing in respect.

Ansh:
That’s the kind of presence we are honoring today. A presence that doesn’t
demand attention but quietly commands it—through action, not
announcements.

Paras:
Today isn’t just a celebration. It’s a tribute. A recognition of the man
whose leadership built the very walls we walk confidently through.

Ansh:
I, Ansh Rahangdale…

Paras:
…and I, Paras Singh Baghel…

…warmly welcome you all to this very special occasion.
Paras:
This morning feels still… almost sacred. Not because it’s routine, but
because the air carries the weight of purpose—today is not ordinary. It is
a morning of reflection, reverence, and respect.

On this momentous occasion of REV Father Vikas Joseph’s birthday, we have
gathered not just to wish, but to acknowledge. Not just to celebrate, but to honor,
to honor the person who is guiding thousands all along maintaining discipline
and joyfulness in the perfect balance

Before the words, before the applause, and before the celebration, let there
be gratitude.

Gratitude to the One above who gifted us a mentor like him.
Gratitude for every day guided under his light. Gratitude to the god.

Ansh:
For leading this special day's Prayer we now invite our choir group to
lead us in a soulful prayer song. May it set the tone of grace for
everything that follows.
PLEDGE

ANSH: As we come out from the melodies of the beautiful song presented by the
choir group, its to remind you something.

PARAS: To remind you the duties, the courtesy, the heritage of India. To make you
realise them, there could be nothing better than the pledge of Allegiance.

Reflection – Address by Sister Jaimy Mathew


Paras:
Along with our special guest Rev Father Vikas Joseph, Our Principal,
Sister Jainy Mathew, serves as an important pillar of the school.

Ansh:
Today, she shares not just greetings to resp manager, but light—from the
Scriptures to each soul present

Paras:
Let us respectfully invite REV Sister Jainy Mathew, to share with us a
few teaching from holy Bible and extend her blessings to Father on
behalf of our entire school family.

Plants, signifies more than just nature .

They signify the presence of a special beginning

Moments like this call not just for performance, but for perspective.
Perspective of the students, people around him and his Well Wishers.

Who better than a student to speak about the person who shaped our
campus and its culture on behalf of the school?

Ansh:
We now invite Aavya Jain from class 8th to the dice, to express what this
day, and this person, mean to every student, every teacher and every non-
teaching staff present here

Dance Performance – Class I


Ansh:
What is celebration without joy? And what is joy without children?
Children, as our father says, are his favorite, who can fill any occasion
with joy fullness.

Paras:
A gentle reminder from our First graders—that innocence can dance, and
so can gratitude.

Ansh:
Inviting the little stars of Class I, who’ve prepared a graceful dance performance in
celebration of Father’s special day.

 What a wonderful dance performance by the lovely children.

And now, the moment we’ve all been quietly waiting for—the words of the
chief guest himself. Words so powerful, which can turn a persons mindset.

Words that come not just with experience, but with integrity. Words that
have shaped our school silently for years. We respectfully invite

to share with us his reflections on this day, and perhaps—how it feels to be
celebrated by
those he has mentored and loved. Thank You dear Father for such instigating
