Subject: Excuse Letter

Dear Faculty,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that the Supreme Student Government (SSG)
candidates will be participating in a campaign activity from August 14 to August 20, 2024. During this
period, the candidates will visit each classroom for approximately 15 minutes to introduce themselves
and present their platforms to the students.

This activity is an essential part of the SSG elections and provides the candidates an opportunity to share
their visions and plans for the student body. As such, we kindly request your understanding and
cooperation in excusing the SSG candidates from your class during the specified time slots for their
campaign.

The SSG candidates are committed to making this campaign as efficient as possible to minimize any
disruption to classroom activities. They will return to class immediately after their allotted campaign
time.

Thank you for your support and cooperation in this matter. If you have any concerns or require further
information, please do not hesitate to contact the SSG adviser.
