My name is Goutam Birla. I’m from Sanawad.
I am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and
Engineering from Shivaji Rao Kadam Institute of Technology,
Indore, which is affiliated with RGPV Bhopal. My current CGPA is
7.24.
My hobby is swimming.
My strengths include having leadership qualities and a strong ability
to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
I have skills in Full Stack Development —
On the frontend, I work with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap,
and on the backend, I use Java, JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
I also have experience with MySQL for database management and
use Git and GitHub for version control.
During my internship at Amstech Inc., Indore, I worked on Java-
based projects, including:
A management system for Amstech Construction Pvt. Ltd.
A word count application for count the repetition of words and charcter.

"One of my biggest strengths is my problem-solving ability. I enjoy
understanding issues and finding the best way to fix them. I'm also

"I find it hard to say no because I want to help wherever I can. But I’m
learning that setting boundaries allows me to be more effective and

"My greatest professional achievement was winning first prize in a
coding competition at my college. The competition was tested our
problem-solving and programming skills under time pressure

how you dealt with it.
"During my internship, I worked on a project where the requirements
kept changing, which made it hard to finish on time. To handle this, I
talked with my team and the supervisor regularly to understand the
changes clearly. I also broke the work into smaller parts to focus on one
thing at a time. This helped us finish the project without losing quality,
and I learned how important communication and flexibility are."
9. Tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership skills.
"I showed leadership when I worked as a Hackathon Coordinator
during the Skitech Innothon event. I helped organize the event,
guided participants, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I
communicated with the team and solved problems quickly to keep
the event on track. This experience taught me how to lead a team,
manage time, and handle challenges."
10.What’s a time you disagreed with a decision that was made at
work?
"During my internship, there was a time when the team decided to
use a tool I thought might slow down the project. I shared my
concerns respectfully with my team and explained why I thought
another option might work better. After discussing, we tried my idea
on a small part of the project, and it improved the process. This
taught me the importance of speaking up politely and being open to
teamwork."
11.Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
During one of my project submissions in college, I added new
features at the last moment and deployed the project without fully
testing it, due to time constraints. After deployment, I noticed some
unexpected issues during the demo.."
12.Tell me about a time you failed.
"During one of my early projects, I tried to complete a task too quickly
without fully understanding the requirements. As a result, the work
needed a lot of corrections later, which delayed the project. I learned
from this experience to take my time to understand the task clearly
before starting and to ask questions if I’m unsure. Since then, I’ve
improved a lot in planning my work."

"I’m looking for a role where I can use my technical skills, work on interesting
projects, and continue to learn and grow as a developer."

"I prefer a collaborative and supportive work environment where team
members communicate openly and help each other grow."

I am very Focus to my work and also I'm also flexible and open to
feedback, which helps me improve and adapt quickly.

"I believe in open communication, supporting the team, and setting
clear expectations. I like to encourage collaboration and give people

"They would say I am responsible, hardworking, and a team player. I

"I stay calm and focus on breaking the problem into smaller parts. I

or advice to make sure I handle it well."
