Hot Toddy

Alcoholic

You will need


Ingredients: • Heatproof glass mug
• 50ml whiskey
Garnish:
• 3 tsp honey
• Cinnamon Stick
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Lemon
• 1 lemon
• 2 cloves
• Boiling water

Glass:

Method
1. Whisk together the whiskey and honey, then split between two glasses.

2. Add half a cinnamon stick to each, then top up with 200ml boiling water.

3. Slice the lemon in half. Use one half to add a squeeze of lemon juice to each glass
(add more to your taste). Cut the other half of the lemon into slices. Stud the
lemon slices with cloves and add one to each glass.

4. Serve hot.
