anxiety. The school counselor, Mr. Nash, has called a meeting with teachers, parents,
and a community representative to discuss strategies to support these students.

NASH(School Counselor): "Thank you for joining me today. We have three students
who are facing significant challenges, and I believe that with our combined efforts, we
can help them overcome these issues. Let’s start with kent. Mr. Raymark, could you
share what you’ve observed?"
RAYMARK (Teacher A): "kent used to be an active participant in class, but lately, he’s
become very quiet and withdrawn. I’ve noticed he’s avoiding certain students and
seems nervous, especially during group activities."
NASH (School Counselor): "kent, I understand that you’ve been having a tough time
with some of your classmates. Can you tell us more about what’s been happening?"
KENT (Student A):"Some kids have been picking on me—calling me names, making fun
of me. I just don’t want to be at school anymore."
CECIL (Parent):"Why didn’t you tell me, kent? We can’t let this continue."
NASH (School Counselor): "Bullying is serious, and we’re here to support you. We’ll
work on a plan to stop this behavior and make sure you feel safe at school. Ms.Cecil ,
could you keep an eye out in class and report any issues to me immediately?"
RAYMARK(Teacher A): "Absolutely. I’ll also work on fostering a more inclusive
environment in the classroom."
NASH (School Counselor): "Thank you. Let’s now move on to AMPIT. Ms. IRIS, you’ve
mentioned some concerns regarding his recent behavior?"
IRIS (Teacher B):"Yes, ampit has become increasingly isolated. his expressed that she
feels out of place because of his cultural background, and I’m worried his struggling with
his identity."
NASH(School Counselor): "ampit, we want you to feel comfortable and accepted for
who you are. Can you tell us what’s been on your mind?"
AMPIT (Student B): "I just don’t fit in. I’m not like the other kids, and it’s hard when
people don’t understand where I come from or why I do certain things."
KIEZA (Community Representative):"ampit, it’s important to embrace who you are, and
there are many people who can help you connect with others who share your cultural
background. I can introduce you to some community groups that celebrate diversity and
can offer support."
AMPIT (Student B): "I’d like that. Maybe it would help me feel less alone."
NASH (School Counselor): "We’ll also work on making the school environment more
inclusive, so you feel accepted and valued here. Ms.Iris , could you integrate more
multicultural activities in class to help students learn about and respect each other’s
backgrounds?"
IRIS (Teacher B): "Of course. I’ll start planning some lessons that highlight the value of
diversity."
NASH (School Counselor):"Thank you. Lastly, let’s discuss Cyrel. Ms.Cecil , you
mentioned that Cyrel has been feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to perform
academically?"
CECIL (Parent): "Yes, Cyrel is a bright student, but the pressure to maintain top grades
has been weighing on him. He’s become anxious, and I’m worried it’s affecting his
health."
NASH(School Counselor): "Cyrel, it’s important to find a balance. Can you tell us how
you’ve been feeling?"
CYREL (Student C):"I just feel like I can’t keep up. Everyone expects me to be perfect,
but it’s too much. I’m always stressed, and I don’t have time for anything else."
NASH (School Counselor): "It’s crucial to address this before it affects your well-being
further. We can explore ways to manage your time better and reduce some of that
pressure. We’ll also look into adjusting your workload if necessary."
KIEZA (Community Representative): "There are also programs in the community that
can help you learn stress management techniques. It’s important to remember that your
health comes first."
CYREL (Student C):"That sounds helpful. I didn’t realize there were options to help me
manage all this."
NASH (School Counselor): "We’re all here to support you . We’ll create a plan that
allows you to excel without overwhelming yourself."
---
NASH(School Counselor):"I appreciate everyone’s input today. It’s clear that by working
together, we can address these issues and create a supportive environment for kent,
Ampit, and Cyrel. We’ll follow up on these plans and continue to monitor their progress."
