Client Profile-

My client is a coffee lover who loves to drink beverages every morning. He


requires a table specially designed to put his beverages on, so he is easily
able to access the drink.

Gender- Male

Age- 30

Ethnicity- Australian

Interests- Coffee, Drinks, Long periods of time relaxing outside

Colours- Brown, coffee colour

Design Brief-

My task as a Designer is to produce a coffee table for coffee lovers.

Function- To provide a suitable spot to place coffee and beverages as well


as other items on a table.

Aesthetics- Smooth, without any splinters, with an attractive brown colour.

Materials- Offcuts of wood

Cost - $0 material

Ergonomics- Easy to use and place things on

Safety- No splinters and sharp edges, Smooth surfaces

Due Date- October 31st

Education Criteria-

- Does my toy attract a wide range of audiences?


- How much wood was each product made from?
- Does it have many uneven edges and hazards?
- Did the project have minimal prices for materials and parts?
- Is it easy to play with?
- Is the toy smooth and good shades of colours (specifically dark
brown)?
