Truck Dispatcher to Truck Driver

Dispatcher (You - Henry Kevin) can be any name

Good morning! This is Henry Kevin with Fleet Fly Dispatch Services, how are you doing today?

Driver
I’m doing good, Who’s this again? (Either he can say, how I may help you,)
Dispatcher Henry:
(optional as per situation I understand the market is tough right now , rates have dropped, and
many dispatchers are charging high fees while offering low-paying loads. At Fleet Fly Dispatch, we do
things differently. We’re consistently booking quality loads paying more than $2 per mile, and we
keep our dispatch fees low just 5% for box trucks, 4% for dry vans and reefers, and 3% for power only.
Our goal is simple: to keep you profitable)

Reply after greetings: Dispatcher

We work with reliable carriers across the U.S., helping them stay loaded with the best-paying
freight. I just wanted to check—are you currently available or running empty today?
Driver:
Yeah, I’m actually empty right now.

Henry:
*“Perfect. We’ve got strong lanes moving today with great rates, especially for [insert equipment
type: box truck, dry van, reefer, or power only]. Our dispatch service is straightforward and cost-
effective—just [insert % rate]. No forced dispatch, and we handle all the paperwork so you can focus
on driving.”*

Driver:
Sounds interesting. What do you have now?

Henry

what is your location ? Right now, I see a [briefly describe load: origin, destination, rate. That’s just
one option—we match loads based on your preferences: region, weight, schedule, you name it.

Driver:
Okay. What’s next?
