Dear Captain,

Good day. I write on behalf of our client, Charito Pechon Pattung Sr., who is
currently detained at Station 7 Abad Santos. I am writing you this letter to
request the necessary CCTV footage of his alleged arrest that happened on
August 29, 2024 at around 3-4pm, while he was resting at a sari-sari store.

The said CCTV footage is an integral part of the defense of our client and
may be a proof of his innocence.

With that, we would like to request for the reproduction of the recording of
the CCTV footage and a Certificate issued by your honorable office that the
copies are indeed authentic and came from you.

I hereby authorize our liaison officer RONALD P. LABIOSO to procure the said
recordings and Certificate from your office and to sign and receive for and
my behalf and do such any other act or thing that may be required
necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes
for which this authority is hereby given.
