Purpose of the Policy:
This policy aims to promote discipline, unity, and school identity through proper wearing of
the prescribed school uniform. It ensures that students maintain a neat and modest
appearance, and it helps reduce distractions and social comparisons.

- Black shoes and white socks
- For Female Students:

- Black closed shoes and white socks
- Hair must be neatly tied (if long)
- PE Uniform:
- Worn only during PE days; includes school PE shirt, jogging pants, and rubber shoes
- ID and School Patch:
- Must be worn at all times within the school premises.
Prohibited Attire/Accessories:
- Colored or excessive jewelry (except simple earrings for girls)
- Slippers, sandals, or high heels
- Makeup, nail polish, or extreme hairstyles/hair color
- Altered uniforms (e.g., tight-fitting, shortened skirts, oversized pants)
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Number of Offenses Action / Consequence
1st offense Verbal reminder and warning
2nd offense Written explanation from student; parent
informed
3rd offense Parent conference; reflection activity about
discipline
4th offense or more Official report to school head or guidance
office for further disciplinary action
Reminders:
- Students must come to school in proper uniform unless otherwise announced (e.g., Wash
Day, special events).
- A student with a valid reason (e.g., damaged or lost uniform) must present a written
excuse from a parent or guardian.
- Students not in proper attire may be asked to stay in a designated area until the issue is
addressed.
- Repeated violations will affect the student's conduct grade.
We encourage all parents and guardians to monitor and support their children in following
this policy. Wearing the school uniform with pride reflects a student's respect for the school
community and for themselves.
Respectfully,
