Be Extra Careful at Night Time

the road and use flashers

If you are Involved in and Accident

On Duty – KP ERP Site:

• Ensure your safety, park or stay in safe location.
• Inform & Call ERP HSE Emergency Duty Phone
• Inform your supervisor.

Off Duty:
• Contact the police.
• Do not leave the scene.
• Exchange important information.
• Report accident to supervisor.
• Supervisor reports accident to Risk Management.

• Traffic movement in access (Entry & Exit Gates)
• Blind Spots

• Equipment failure
PREVENTIVE MEASURES
• Follow the site traffic rules
• Heavy equipment's are always priority, standby aside and let the heavy vehicles
pass
• Do not park behind or near any equipment, park only in designated parking area
• Always follow the flagman/ banksman
• When exiting or entering site gates be aware of incoming vehicles
• No mobile phones, drinking tea while driving…stay focus while driving
• Do not park or drive near edges or excavations, it could collapse
• When tired, or been working for too long in night shift, request to your supervisor,
and inform safety
• Keep regular maintenance, and inspect your vehicle daily, report any defects
