Position Summary
The Project Execution & Knowledge Lead will spearhead the management and execution of
strategic social development programs, ensuring high-quality documentation, efficient
knowledge transfer, and integration of technology and AI for improved operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a strong grasp of project execution,
reporting, and innovation in the development sector.
Key Responsibilities

● Project & Program Management


- Lead the execution of multiple social development projects across thematic areas
- Ensure timely delivery of outcomes with measurable impact
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project
alignment
- Promote process continuity and organizational learning
● Documentation & Reporting
- Develop detailed reports, including impact assessments and grant documentation
- Maintain project records and knowledge repositories for ongoing and future use
- Produce content for internal updates and external communication
● Field Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct regular field visits to assess on-ground progress
- Interact with community members, partners, and stakeholders for feedback and
collaboration
- Support partnership development and knowledge-sharing efforts
● Technology & AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation software to streamline
workflows
- Apply digital solutions for better documentation, data analysis, and reporting
- Stay updated on technological trends and pilot new tools in program execution

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

● Education:
- Social sector graduates from premier institutions (e.g., TISS, IRMA, Azim Premji
University, Ashoka, etc.)
● Experience:
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience in the social/development sector
- Proven experience managing projects and documentation across multiple
stakeholders
● Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital documentation, AI, and workflow
optimization tools
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Reporting Structure
● Reports To: Senior Leadership Team
● Team Size: As required, with collaboration across verticals

Travel Requirements
Extensive travel across India to project locations and partner sites

Compensation
Annual CTC: Up to ₹7.2 Lakh (Fixed)
Additional Benefits: Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus
(Compensation will be aligned with qualifications, experience, and prior salary)
