1) 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Let’s ditch the “certificate
or bust” mentality. Just because someone doesn’t
have certificates doesn’t mean they’re not fluent.
Language skills are more about practice than paper.
Think of certifications like driving licenses—if you
take a break from driving, you don’t forget how to do
it, but if you stop speaking a foreign language for Starting a
even a week, you might sound like you’re from a
different planet. So, let's not judge someone’s
