What does the perfect day look/feel like to you?
Imagine a perfect day in your ideal life.

● Do NOT restrict yourself
● Dream big and trust your vision
Use these questions to guide you:
- Where do you wake up?
- Where do you live?
- Who do you wake up next to?
- What feelings do you have when you first open your eyes?
- What’s the first thing you smell/hear/see?
- What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
- What’s your morning routine look like?
- What’s around you in your living space?
- What’s the first thing you eat/drink?
- What does your home look like? What does it have in it?
- What’s the weather like outside? How does it make you feel?
- When you check your phone/computer, who messages you?
- What’s your bank account balance look like?
- How does your day flow? Where do you go? Who do you see?
- What type of work are you doing? What type of impact does it have on those around
you?
- Where does your day end up?
- What must NOT be a part of your perfect day?
- How do you wind down and finish your day?
- What about this day makes it so perfect?
How to assemble:
1. Write your perfect day in story form and use as many descriptive words as you can.
2. Include all 5 senses and spare no details.
3. Speak in 1st person, as if you're describing it in real time.
4. Write in a google doc, and print it out.
CRAFT YOUR VISION BOARD
Assemble a group of images that inspire you and represent your vision
Collect visuals that represent your perfect day. Include:
● Your Environment - Beaches, mountains, lakes, forests
● Your Living Space - Is it a villa? Log cabin? Boat house?
● Your Loved Ones - Remember why you are doing what you’re doing.
● Inspirational images from your past that represent your future
● Visual representations of your goals, dreams and milestones
How to assemble:
1. Digitally:
a. Use photoshop, pages or Canva to create a digital document that includes
imagery that inspires you and keeps you connected to your vision..
b. Put the pictures in places where you visit often. Desktop, gmail, phone, etc.
c. Print out the pictures and hang them somewhere you see them often.
2. Physical:
a. Buy a poster board or cork board and create a collage of images to inspire you
and keep you connected.
b. Print the pics, and post in a visually appealing way.
c. Duplicate this as many times as you want, to ensure you see most often.
CLARIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Breakdown who you are in the 5 major life categories
Describe exactly who you are in each of these 5 categories, if you could CREATE it any way you
want. Think in terms of what the end result is in each of these categories.
1. HEALTH
- What does a picture perfect bill of health look like to you?
- What physical features do you notice when you look in the mirror?
- What is your body capable of doing physically/athletically?
- How does your energy feel?
- List 3 keywords that you want to represent your health.
2. WEALTH + LIFESTYLE
- What is your Net Worth?
- How much money are you bringing in monthly/yearly?
- How much money is in your bank accounts?
- What’s your relationship with money like?
- What investments do you have in your portfolio? Real estate? Crypto?
- Where do you live? How big is your house? Do you have more than 1?
- What cars do you drive?
- List 3 keywords that you want to represent your wealth.
3. RELATIONSHIPS
- Who are your most important relationships?
- Who are your mentors/teachers you surround yourself with?
- What qualities do you look for in your friends and peers?
- Who’s in your inner circle?
- Who’s in your outer circle?
- What do your loved ones think about you? What would they say at your funeral?
- How do you treat your loved ones?
- How do you treat people in general?
- List 3 keywords that you want to represent your relationships.
4. SELF-MASTERY / GROWTH
- What emotions do you feel on a daily basis? List 5 of them.
- What books/authors do you read regularly?
- What types of classes and certifications do you have/are you taking?
- Name the top qualities/attributes you embody on a daily basis.
- What obstacles are you able to easily overcome that used to paralyze you?
- List 3 keywords that you want to represent your self-mastery.
5. IMPACT/CAREER
- Write out what you do/want to do for a living in thorough detail
- How much money are you bringing in through your craft?
- How much freedom do you have with your career?
- What type of impact are you making on the world?
- What type of impact are you making on your important relationships?
- Who looks up to you? Why do they look up to you?
- How would someone describe the impact that you have had on them?
DEFINE YOUR CODE, VALUES & STANDARDS
The mindset and virtues needed to bring your vision to life
BELIEFS: Identify what you would have to believe if you were to be in alignment with this vision.
What does this person think? What does this person believe? What beliefs are the reason why
the results are so extraordinary?
1. Identity: Describe your ultimate self in the most accurate, true to form way you can, in
one paragraph.
2. Purpose of life: What do you believe the purpose of human life is? Why are humans here
on this earth?
3. Your Mission: What is your mission? What have you been called to do/accomplish?
4. Codes: In the form of clear directives, what are the 10-15 RULES you chose to have
govern your life? What are the rules that you must live by in order to be in alignment with
your ultimate self?
5. Values: What are the 7-10 qualities and traits that most describe your ULTIMATE self?
What are the traits that must become a part of you in order to be who you say you want
to be?
6. Champion Standards: In the areas of Health, Wealth, Relationships and Mindset, what
are your ultimate standards? Describe in 1 sentence.
7. Daily Emotion Standards: What are the 5-10 emotions that you commit to feeling each
day, no matter what? What emotional standards do you have?
8. Brand: What are the parts of yourself you choose to actively promote and brand? What
are the qualities, elements and traits that best define you and that you want to be
remembered for?
9. Champion’s Circle
a. Mentors: Who are the mentors that you look to and admire? (dead or alive)
b. Close Circle: Who are the people closest to you that you can count on, and that
you are actively building a relationship with?
c. Disciples: Who are the people that you are choosing to lead?
10. Champion’s Library: What are the books, courses, music, and resources that have most
contributed to your success, and that you will commit to mastering and take with you no
matter where you go?
11. Goals: What are your most important outcomes to accomplish this year?
12. Major Keys: What are the top 3-5 habits that contribute most to your success on a daily
basis?
DEFINE YOUR VISION MASTER PLAN
The big picture plan to accomplish your vision.
1. VISION: What is the description of the vision you want to accomplish, in 10 years time?
2. REALITY: How would you describe where you are now, as it relates to this vision? Be
as concise and objectively accurate as possible. Write out the details of where you are
right now. Include only the most relevant pieces of reality, as they relate to your big
picture vision.
3. BRAINSTORM
a. CPO: What are the biggest challenges, problems and obstacles that are right
now in the way of you accomplishing your vision?
b. SOLUTIONS: What are the most practical, obvious and unavoidable things that
must be done in order to conquer these CPO’s and accomplish your vision?
i. What would have to happen to make these challenges and obstacles go
away?
c. ALLIANCES: What alliances do you need to create in order to make this vision a
reality? Think of all the people and relationships that could aid you in the
accomplishment of your goals.
d. SKILLS: What skills must you master in order to realistically accomplish what
you want? What are the skills that others (who have what you want) have
mastered?
e. FEARS: What fears must you overcome, that if not overcome, will keep you
stuck? What are the emotions that will serve to impede your growth, and must be
overcome?
4. STRATEGIC MILESTONES: What are all of the goals, milestones and objectives that
must be accomplished in order to reach your big picture vision? Imagine your vision is a
puzzle….what pieces must be in place to make it complete? List them all.
5. REVERSE ENGINEER: What must be accomplished, year by year, in order to
accomplish your vision by the desired year? On the ten year map, place the appropriate
goals to be reached in the appropriate year.
