1. Welcome and Opening Remarks:

is to plan the upcoming Ganesh Festival celebration.

2. Discussion on Festival Dates and Duration:

 The festival will be celebrated over 7 days.
 The group unanimously agreed to hold the main event on 08/08/24.

3. Venue and Decorations:

 Venue: It was decided that the event will be held at Society Compound.
 Decorations: A team was formed to take charge of decorations, including setting up
eco-friendly materials like clay idols, natural colours, etc.
o Decoration Team Leads: Neha Pawar.
 Discussion on installing the Ganesh idol and deciding on the theme for the decoration.
4. Roles and Responsibilities:

 Priest Arrangements: Yogesh Chand will arrange for a priest for daily pujas.
 Cultural Activities: Akshat Mandot will organize cultural programs, including
dance, music, and storytelling performances.
 Food Arrangements: Devina Panchal will oversee prasad preparation and
distribution.
 Volunteers: A list of volunteers was drawn up to help with event management, clean-
up, and crowd control.
 Safety & Security: Atharva Mangaonkar will coordinate with local authorities for
security and crowd management.
 Eco-Friendly Initiatives: The team agreed to promote eco-friendly practices,
including using clay idols and avoiding plastic decorations.

5. Budget and Resources:
