ONGC Officers’ Club Indoor Sports Event-2023

Dear Officers’ Club Members,

How’s the Josh?? We hope you are waiting for Indoor Sports events
eagerly. ONGC Officers’ Club Vadodara is organizing an Indoor Sports
Event from 6th-8th October, 2023 at Officers’ Club for the games Table
tennis, Badminton, Chess and Carom. All the club members and their
dependents are invited to participate and make the event a grant
success.

Last date for entry is 4th October, 2023 latest by 5:00 pm. Entries
submitted post this date and time shall not be considered.

Note: Members who have represented in ONGC inter-sector events are


not allowed to participate in their respective games.

ONGC Officers’ Club Indoor Sports Event-2023

1. There should be a minimum 7 Entries in each category, for the particular


category event to be held. In case of fewer than 7 entries received in any
category, the Committee will make decisions to withdraw the category or
merge the category with other relevant categories. All out efforts shall be taken
to conduct the event.
2. Format and points system shall be declared before the commencement of
tournament by committee or their representative.
3. Only nylon shuttles shall be used for badminton tournament.
4. Referees’ decision shall be final.
5. All the participants shall arrive at the venue in sports attire. For badminton and
table tennis, players have to bring their own racquets and shoes.
6. Schedule and timings of matches shall be announced before commencement of
tournament and all participants shall be at respective venues 15mins before
scheduled timings.
7. All participants shall maintain decorum and sportsman spirit during the events.
8. Committee reserves the right to take final decision in the event of any dispute .
