Good day!

I am writing to formally resign from my position as an Administrative Aide at Office of the Mayor - Moral
Recovery Program . It has been an honor and a privileged to serve the City under your leadership.

After careful consideration, I have decided to pursue other opportunities that align more closely with my
personal and professional goals. While I have enjoyed working especially on giving a drug counseling,
promoting values formation class and addressing drug awareness campaign and terrorism in our city I
have found a significant mismatch between the course of my responsibilities skills set. Additionally despite
my dedication and hard work, I believe that this decision is in the best of interest of my career growth,
development and also to pursue my Profession as a Teacher in Public School.

I want to make express my appreciation and support you have provided during my tenure ship. I have
learned a lot especially in leading and guiding our PWUDS (client) to be back on the society with full of
hope and joy on their own. With that opportunity I was able to maximize the my time to help them at all
cost.

I am committed to ensure a smooth transition and shall work diligently on my duties before the end of my
duty, and the effective date is on July 14,2025. Thank you again for the opportunity to be part of your
administration praying for a greater success in San Pedro City under your leadership.
