Instructions.
Day 1 – Day 3: Herbal Detox Tea
1. Morning & Evening: Drink 1 tablespoon of boiled detox herb in
500ml (2 cups) of water.
2. Boil the herbs gently for about 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain well and divide into two equal portions (250ml each).
4. Drink one portion in the morning and the second in the evening.
5. Continue this daily for 3 full days.
Day 4: Add Activated Charcoal
1. Activated charcoal, 1 tablespoon twice a day.
2. Mix each dose with a full glass of warm water.
3. Wait at least 1 hour between herbal tea and charcoal intake.
Day 5: Seed Cleanse (Day Off)
1. This is a strong cleansing day. Be close to a bathroom.
2. First thing in the morning (on empty stomach): Chew 4 seeds
thoroughly.
3. If she cannot handle all 4 seeds, start with 2 seeds.
4. She should drink plenty of water and have ORS (oral rehydration salts)
ready to prevent dehydration.
5. Expect vomiting and diarrhea – this is normal during the cleanse.
6. Hydration throughout the day.
7. Eat only light fruits if needed.
Tip: Do this on a day off, when she doesn’t need to go out.
Day 6 – Day 12: Blackstrap Molasses
1. Take 1 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses in warm water twice daily –
once in the morning and once in the evening.
2. Stir well and drink after meals.
3. Continue this for 7 days (Day 6 to Day 12).
Day 13 – Day 19: Rest & Rebuild
1. Focus on rest, hydration, and healthy eating.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Eat fruits and vegetables – raw foods are ideal if possible.
Avoid:
4. Sugar
5. Milk and dairy
6. Meat
7. Bread and processed foods
Day 20 – Ongoing: Immune Booster Tea
Prepare the immune booster tea:
1. Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per 1 liter of water.
2. Boil for 15 minutes (depending on stove heat).
3. Strain well.
4. Drink 4 cups per day, spaced throughout the day.
5. Continue this daily as long as desired.
Epsom Salt Routine (3 Times Per Week)
1. Mix 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt in a glass of warm water.
2. Drink 3 times per week, not daily.
3. Spaced out (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
4. Only take daily if blood pressure is high – and stop once BP
stabilizes.
Optional Foot Soak:
5. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt in a basin of warm water.
6. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes, 1–2 times per week.
Diet Recommendations During Program
1. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Light meals.
Avoid:
3. Sugar
4. Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt)
5. Meat
6. Bread and refined grains
7. Raw food is best during early detox days if tolerated.
Important Precautions
1. Hydration is key – drinking water and ORS.
2. If side effects are too strong (e.g., severe nausea, weakness),
pause or reduce dosage.
3. Stop Epsom salt immediately if blood pressure returns to
normal.
4. Elderly persons should be monitored closely during intense
cleansing phases.
