I have studied Masters in Computer Science from Government College university Faisalabad in the
session 2015-2017.
What have you been doing Since 2017?
i have worked as a web developer at Vertex Solutions from March 2019- to feb 2020, then i joined Alten
AB as software test engineer and worked there from Mar 2020 to may 2022. After that i served as IT
support engineer at Al hawaa orders delivery servise from june 2022 to july 2024.
Why do you want to study in the UK?
I have decided to study in the UK because UK is home to some of the world's top universities, renowned
for their research, and diverse range of courses.
if I talk about its quality of education, The UK education system is flexible, letting students choose studies
that match their interests and career goals.
Moreover, It focuses on independent learning, helping students develop important skills like problem-
solving, communication, and creativity, which employers value.
Additionally, universities in the UK attract students from all over the world, offering a rich cultural
experience along with academic growth.
Have you considered any other countries?
yes i checked out some facts of other countries like Australia and Canada but selected to study in the UK
because of Shorter course duration of Masters, whereas Canada and australia usually offers masters of
two years that will also effect the cost..
Also, visa process is smooth for UK as compared to other English speaking countries, and Australia and
canada are quite strict in their immigration rules thats why i dont want to ruin my immigration history.
Overall Uk was a favorable country for me for various reasons.
Why did you choose to study at University of Hull?
Deciding which university to study at was an important decision for me, so after considering all the facts,
I selected the University of Hull.
In terms of Ranking, Hull university is ranked at 75th according to guardian university guide 2025. Also,
University of Hull is gold rated in the Teaching Excellence Framework (2023).
The University of Hull, known for its strong emphasis on research and teaching, offers a modern campus
with state-of-the-art facilities.
As I am going to study in the London campus, that is particularly attractive because it allows students to
study in the heart of a global hub, providing easy access to leading businesses, industries, and cultural
experiences.
University of Hull is also offering wide range of courses including business, IT and health sciences.
All these factors combined make the University of Hull London campus a great option for me to study
there.
What do you know about the city?
The City of London is one of the world’s most iconic and vibrant cities, known for its rich history, cultural
diversity, and global influence.
Studying in London provides numerous advantages. London city is a global hub for education, offering
access to some of the world’s top universities and institutions.
Additionally, London is a major business and tech center, making it an ideal location for international
students. Its public transport system makes commuting easy and efficient for students.
have you considered any other universities of the UK?
Yes I did consider two other universities of the UK, first one is university of Roehampton, that is offering
the course of MSc Global business management with the fee of £17,850, it is ranked 110th on guardian
guide Table 2025. It is located in London.
I also checked the same course at University of Westminster, it is offering the course of MSc International
business management with the fee of £17,500, and ranked at 119th according to guardian guide table
2025. It is also located at London.
Reason of not selecting these universities:
as I was interested in studying Business management course so I also checked the same course in both of
these universities, when i compared the course content of these two universities with Hull, Hull is
offering more attractive modules of my course( mention 2 3 modules)
In terms of ranking, Uni of hull is ranked above these two on the same ranking table, that also made a
significant impact on my decision.
Why have you selected to study MSc Business management?
I chose to study MSc Business management after completing my MS in Computer Science because I
wanted to expand my skills and career options.
My background in computer science has given me strong technical knowledge, but MSc Business
management will help me understand global markets, business and management strategies, and how
companies work.
Moreover, This combination of computer science and business management is valuable because many
businesses today need people who can understand both technology and how to manage and lead teams.
With this degree, I can take on roles like project manager, business consultant, or even leadership
positions in tech companies, where I can use both my computer skills and understanding of business to
make informed decisions.
what are your post study plans/ future goals?
After completing my MSc business management degree from the UK, combined with my MSc in
Computer Science from Pakistan, i will be well-appointed for various roles in Pakistan’s tech and business
sectors. I could pursue positions like Business Development Manager, product manager, at companies
like Jazz, Telenor. Additionally, I can work as Technology consultant at Unilever. These roles would allow
me to combine my technical skills with business management insights.
Who is your Financial sponsor?
My husband will be sponsoring my studies . he is a businessman. he also owns residential property that
is given on rent( and 10 acres of agricultural land). his monthly income is 5000 pounds and yearly 60,000
pounds.

which would be your favourite module?
My fav module is study skills and research methods because this module will emphasize on developing
understanding of primary and secondary research techniques. by studying this module i will gain the
necessary knowledge of the research process components and their application to the practical market
case.
how many hours of part time work is allowed on TIER 4 visa/ student visa?
students are allowed to do 20 hours per week. but i will focus on my studies as my sponsor has sufficient
funds for my all study expenses.

where you will be staying in the UK?
As university of Hull London campus is not offering student accommodation so I have checked the
private accommodation near university. I have considered to stay at Flat share Bloomsbury WC1, that is
just 7-8 minutes away from university. I have gathered this information from the website
spareroom.com. it will cost me 180 pounds per week.
