What is Human Movements?
Human movement is the ability of the human body to change position or produce such
movements using various muscles and joints. It is both basic and applied in any science
movement. The human body movements get polished as we grow in age. The movement starts
from crawling and with the increase in age the person starts walking leading to the movement
of the whole organism.
Five examples of body movements:
1. Rotation
2. Squat
3. Pull
4. Push
5. Flexion
