✓ Jeep/Canter/Elephant/ Safari and Any Government Forest Lodge Booking is Non Refundable.
✓ In Case If You Are Postponing Or Cancelling Your Tour/Travel Due To Any Unavoidable Reasons, You Must Intimate Us In Writing. Please Make It
Sure That Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective From The Date We Receive Your Mail In Writing.
✓ All reservations for use of any facility including entry and stay in Corbett Tiger Reserve are provisional in nature and are subject to
modification/cancellation by the Field Director, Corbett Tiger Reserve without assigning any reasons. Making a reservation will imply your

cancellation/refund for any safari under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund/rescheduling of safari.
✓ You have to reach safari entry gate(Ramnagar) by your own, our driver will pick you from safari entry gate.
✓ Any booking for day visit to CTR during rainy season (1st June to 14th Nov.) is provisional and can be cancelled at a short notice depending on
the weather condition, to ensure visitor's safety. Hence all such bookings during this period are done at visitor's risk and no refund can be claimed if
it is cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
✓ In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is
applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
✓ In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given
bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
✓ Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place
of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims
arising out of this.
✓ In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
✓ Sitabani and BhandarPani area is buffer area not a Tiger Reserve Area.
✓ For any cancellation of Tour/Cab/Safari/Hotel Bookings etc, you have to intimate us in written on the given email-Id

claims of affiliation with them. Our services primarily cater to booking safaris, arranging hotel accommodations, coordinating transportation such as
pickups and drops, and facilitating flight reservations on behalf of our customers. We operate independently and charge a reasonable amount for
our services. It is important to note that the charges we levy are subject to variations based on the demand for safari bookings, and they may
increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.
✓ We do not guarantee any zone or area, zone is subject to availability We can change the zone of your safari anytime according to the availability,
customer can not claim any specific are or zone.
✓ If the customer does not make the balance payment or any dues, or is unable to do so, his advance payment will be forfeited and all services
will be stopped.
✓ Morning 6:00 AM - 9.00 AM | Evening 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM and for canter : 05:45 AM & Exit- 11:00 PM | 11:45 PM & Exit- 05:00 PM (Safari
Timing Varies as Season Changes)
✓ Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date. The difference amount
shall be paid by the guest before your tour date.
