About the Role:

Fintech Flow is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Hiring Department as Chat

Process Executives. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for screening candidates through

a structured chat-based process. All candidate leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial candidate screening via chat

- Evaluate applicants based on predefined criteria

- Address queries related to roles and recruitment steps

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

- Collaborate with internal recruiters for further processing

Qualifications:

- Strong written communication skills in English

- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in chat-based communication

- Prior experience in recruitment or customer support (chat process) is an advantage

- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity

Job Details:

- Salary: Rs.18,000/month

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Weekly Off: Sunday

- Location: Work from Home

- Training: Provided by the company
