ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that inspection stages are carried out in line with approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Physically check the work in progress and ensure it is performed in accordance with Project
Specifications, drawings, approved procedures & codes and pro-actively issues
notification/observation if any deviation from standards.
Prepare RFI notification for Client inspection on material, construction work & Pre-
commissioning activities.
Calibration of instruments (PT, FT, PDT)
Installation of measuring instruments.
Installation of FCV.
Identify & report non-conformance if the construction work is violating the standard, ITP, IFC
drawing etc.

Checking of tools and equipment inventory setup for ensuring safe handling of equipment &
materials at site.
Ensure approved submittal, IFC and shop drawing and checklists as per project specification.
Inspection of materials, materials packing with all relevant documents supplied by the
supplier.
Prepare, monitor and maintaining the relevant documentation as Like PQP, ITP, MST, PQD,
MAT.
MIR and WIR throughout the project successful completion.
Responsibility for interpretation of E&I drawings, codes and standard for all kinds of Electrical
equipment and installations and troubleshooting where necessary.
Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.

Ensure that all electrical construction activities are conducted under the controlled condition as
per IFC drawings, standard, and work plans.
Ensure that all materials/equipment are delivered on site as per approved documents.
Conduct periodic QA/QC inspections on the contractors and subcontractors on site.
Preparing weekly site observation reports and submit to the supervisor.
Installation, Inspection and testing of motors, fans, pumps and control panels(Tests: Solo Run,
Vibration, Polarity, Voltage level, thermal, Dynamic, Noise, Insulation).
Inspection of storage and preservation of materials upon weekly and monthly basis.
Site Work Inspection in each stage of the Construction.
Issuing internal Site Observation Notice & Non-Conformance reports to the Site Engineers for
anyuncertainty or wrong installation of work.
