● For Ticketing Services we Follow only the cancellation & refund Policy of Service
providers such as IRCTC, AIR LINES, CLEAR TRIP, etc. So the Company is not
Responsible for any Refund related issues On Ticketing services
No Refund for Cancellations On Festival Weeks
● One week Before or After well known Festival in any part of India will be considered as
Festival Week. Cancellations for Tour Booked During Festival week are Purely
Non-refundable.
Fully Refundable
● 0% cancellation Charge on Advance paid for On-Tour services if cancellation is made
before 19 days of the traveling date. So Here advance paid Amount for on Tour services
will be Fully refundable But the exception is only for Festival weeks.
Partially Refundable
● 50% cancellation Charge on Advance paid for On-Tour services if cancellation is made
within 14 to 19 days before the traveling date. So Here advance paid Amount for
On-Tour services will be Partially (50%) refundable But the exception is only for Festival
Weeks.
30 % Refundable
● 70% cancellation Charge on Advance paid for On-Tour services if cancellation is made
within 9 to 14 days of the traveling date. So 30% of advance paid for On-Tour services
will be refundable But the exception is only for Festival weeks.
10% Refundable
● 90% cancellation Charge on Advance paid for On-Tour services if cancellation is made
within 6 to 9 days before traveling date. So 10% of advance paid for On-Tour services
will be refundable But the exception is only for Festival weeks.
No Refund
● No Refund for will be given for Guests cancelling their Trips if their Travel date is
within 6 days or below.
● No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide
and natural digester, Terrorism, personal Emergency, Personal loss, Property Loss ,
Failure of vendors or Service Partners which is beyond the control. But we will heartily
help you in that situation which is possible from our side .
Duration for Refunds
● All Refund will be made only after 7 to 10 Business days after the cancellation request

• Dear guest hearty welcome to goa the services we are hosting will be done
100% with pleasure as mentioned in the page 1 of the declaration form.
• Any damages to the properties of room/villa/hotels need to be strictly avoided
otherwise it will be charged based on the appropriate hotel policies.
• Avoid using linen towels that are provided in the rooms when you are injected
tattoos or mehndi incase it will be pretend to cause strain linens it will also be
charged based on the hotel policies. Check in time and check out time of the
appropriate hotels/rooms/villas must be strictly followed.
• Only legal visitors with tour managers permission will be allowed in the room.
• All our hotels, villas services are couple friendly so keep the esteem in
manners.
• Rentals (two wheelers/four wheelers) will be provided only for the
government licensed persons.
• Any damage to the rental vehicles will also be strictly fined.
• In case of sightseeing tours, follow the appropriate timings(10am to 6pm)
given by the tour manager must be strictly followed incase of failure it will also
be personally charged.
• Any activities not under the suggestion of tour managers are purely subjected
to the own risk.
• Cancelation of 1 or more persons in a group/family/friends needs to be
informed at least 15days before if not tariff given for the cancelled person will
be divided to the remaining members of the group/family/friends
• Incase of complete cancellation of tour Tick Your Tour as a whole rights to
carry on the re-funds amounts.
• If you need extra services such as adding some extra amount of food in our
menu, kick starting parties, transport to certain places etc etc..will also be done
