IMPLEMENTATION
To test our product and get feedback, we held a pre-selling and free tasting activity at HG Bquiran
College. This event allowed us to introduce Chicken HealthyLicious Bites to students, teachers,
and staff. It also helped us see how people would react to our product before launching it fully.
We set up a small booth and served samples of our chicken bites. These were made from chicken
breast mixed with healthy ingredients like malunggay and carrot powder. After tasting, we asked
people to give us their opinions by answering a short survey.
Most of the feedback was positive. People liked the idea of healthy fried chicken and said it tasted
good. They also liked the clean ingredients and found the product convenient. However, some told
us that the chicken was too hard to chew.
Because of this, we made changes to improve the texture. We started marinating the chicken
longer to make it softer, reduced frying time to avoid overcooking, and sliced the chicken thinner so
it would cook more evenly.
Overall, the activity was a success. We were able to promote our product, learn from real
feedback, and make improvements. This experience helped us prepare better for our official
launch.
