Terms and Conditions
1. 1. Health & Vaccinations
I confirm that my pet is up to date on all required vaccinations and is in good health. I
understand that proof of vaccination and address proof must be submitted prior to
boarding.
2. 2. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of illness or injury, I authorize the boarding facility to seek veterinary care for
my pet at my expense. Every effort will be made to contact me or my emergency contact
prior to treatment.
3. 3. Behavior & Safety
I confirm that my pet has no history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals
unless fully disclosed in writing. I understand that I must disclose any behavioral traits,
insecurities, or habits that could pose a risk of biting or harm to humans or other pets.
- If my pet harms another pet or person and I failed to disclose relevant behavior, I agree to
bear full financial responsibility for all medical, veterinary, or legal expenses.
- If my pet is harmed or bitten by another pet during supervised group or solo play, I
understand the responsible pet's owner will be liable.
- I acknowledge and accept that despite supervision, interaction among animals involves
inherent risk and minor injuries or altercations can occur.
The facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding if my pet poses a safety risk.
4. 4. Personal Items
I understand that while every effort will be made to return personal items (toys, bedding,
etc.), the facility is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
5. 5. Special Diets
I agree to provide clear, written instructions for any special dietary needs. If appropriate
food or instructions are not provided, my pet will be fed the facility’s standard food.
6. 6. Playtime & Exercise
I authorize the facility to provide my pet with daily playtime and exercise, individually or in
group settings if deemed safe. I understand there are inherent risks in physical activity,
even under supervision.
7. 7. Abandonment Policy
If my pet is not picked up within 14 days of the scheduled departure date and I fail to
provide any communication, the facility reserves the right to consider the pet abandoned
and take action in accordance with local laws, which may include placing the pet up for
adoption.
8. 8. Payment Terms
- For stays up to 4 days: 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance during booking,
and the remaining 50% must be paid before pickup.
- For stays exceeding 4 days: 50% advance is required. From Day 5 onward, I agree to make
daily full payments for each extra day at the beginning of each day.
This policy is enforced due to previous cases of owners delaying pickups or abandoning
pets without prior communication.
