My Experience with Softlink International Interview Process

My Experience
Softlink International visited our college for recruitment, and the process was structured
into three rounds. The first round was an MCQ-based test where questions focused on
aptitude, operating systems, computer networks, and SQL queries. The second round was a
Group Discussion (GD), where we were given a statement or situation to discuss, and we
had to present our points clearly and effectively. The final round was a combination of
technical and HR interviews. In the technical interview, I was asked questions about my
projects, SQL queries, and fundamental concepts of operating systems, computer networks,
and object-oriented programming. The HR part involved basic questions about my
background, strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.

What to Focus On
To excel in the Softlink International recruitment process, it is important to focus on the
following areas:
1. Aptitude Preparation: Practice quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability
questions.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strengthen your understanding of operating systems, computer
networks, SQL queries, and object-oriented programming concepts.
3. Project Work: Be well-versed with your academic projects, including the technologies
used, challenges faced, and your role in them.
