Key Result Areas:
Induction and orientation
- Responsible for entire HR induction process for new comers.
(To introduce company products, values, systems and procedures to the new comers)
- Responsible for PMS process of entire Unit-1.
- Responsible for entire Training and development activity of Unit-1.
Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Separation of employees.
- To determine manpower requirement in consultation with management.
- To identify the sources of manpower. Handle Higher to Lower level of recruitment procedure (Good
contacts in colleges)
- Take initiatives in recruitment procedure. (End to End recruitment Procedure)
- Scrutinize of application and arrangements of Interview.
- Issuing Offer Letters / Appointment Letters / Confirmation Letters and Promotion letters also taking care
of exit formalities.
- Preparation of all joining reports and update personal files of new joining employees.
- Prepare a Job Description with actively negotiate with Particular Departmental Managers.
- Handle Exit interviews and maintain MIS report.
- Preparation Of F&F settlement of Leaving Employees. And also arrange a PF withdrawal/Transfer
formality for outgoing employees.
- Closing personal file and safe keeping of the same for future reference.
- Conduct exit interviews and noted down feedback of employees review, actively involve to reduce
attrition management.
Contract labour management
- Keeping in touch with contractors and identify need of contract labor – Making Agreements of
contractors and supervise deployment of contract labor. Also to check their suitability to work.
- Developing proper attendance and checking of contract labor.
- Check labor license timely also maintain and verify compliance record of contract.
- Handling Bill verification procedure.
- Maintain MIS of Contractors Bills, Bonus Calculation of Contract labor and supervise.
- Identify security needs in the company and deployment of appropriate security guards and supervising
the same.
Time Keeping Function, Payroll Management
- Maintain Employee attendance through ESS System(Internally developed system).
- Prepare various MIS and sent to Higher Level Management.
- Maintain Leave Records – Determining Leave procedure, leave rules, carry forward leave etc.
- Preparation of Payroll in every month and directly report to Sr.Manager – HR & Admin at HO Mumbai.
- Deriving reports of attendance and leave including absenteeism and make a MIS Report as well as any
disciplinary proceeding.
- Developing various format such as short leave forms, leave forms, extra duty forms.
- Maintaining other payment records such as payment of bonus, Fringe benefits, LTA etc to the
employees. Developing MIS of the Particular record keeping.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Responsible to organize Site Annual Event
- Monthly events like Town Hall and Kaizen ceremony and other recognition programs
- Managing Be-Healthy Program
- Creating employee participation in programs like Environment, Safety Days;
- Planning and Arranging Sports Tournaments
- Assist various Social Activities (CSR) programs in schools.
