THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
The E-JUST TICAD8 Scholarship Program through the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education is inviting
applications from suitably qualified Sierra Leoneans who wish to pursue [Link]. and Ph.D. programs under the

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
Applicants shall be researchers or instructors (or potentially expected to become those) who needs to obtain
[Link]. or Ph.D. degree in the fields of Science or Engineering.
Applicant must have done similar study program at undergraduate level before choosing your course option for
masters and also similar study program at graduate level before choosing your course option for PhD .

APPLICATION CRITERIA
1. Applicants for the Postgraduate Master’s must not be above 35 years of age and not more than 40
years for Ph.D. applicants.
2. Upload a study plan/research proposal minimum of 500 words
3. One-page typed motivation letter.
4. Interested applicants must use the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE) website
([Link]) to apply
5. Completed application form with all supporting documents should be submitted to the Ministry’s website
on or before Monday 27th January, 2025.
