Most Respectfully Sheweth :-

1. That by way of instant application the petitioner named above

begs to pray before this Ld. Court for Compounding of the offence

alleged in this case as such compromise has already taken place

between the parties and both the parties have already settled

their disputes outside the court.

2. That it is worth relevant to mention that the instant case has

been registered u/s 126(2),115(2),117(2),351(2),352/3(5) of

B.N.S. which are compoundable in nature as such out of the same

offences under-sections 117(2), are compoundable by the person


to whom hurt is caused with respect of which shall be committed

with permission of the Court.

3. That it is further stated that since the informant who has already

entered into a compromise with this accused/petitioner and the

matter has been settled between both the parties, as such in the

interest of justice the instant case may be compounded.

4. That the other and further grounds shall be urged at the time of

hearing.

It is therefore prayed that Your Honor

may graciously be pleased to allow

this petition and further be pleased to

permit the parties to compound the

instant case with permission of this

Ld. Court in accordance with the

provisions u/s 359 of BNSS in the

interest of justice.
