Morning Routine
4:45 AM - Wake up, freshen up, drink warm jeera/methi water
5:00 - 5:30 AM - Yoga or Walk (alternate) + Pranayama
5:30 - 6:00 AM - Light stretch or cool down + affirmations
6:00 - 6:15 AM - Natural detan face pack (no tomato!)
6:15 - 6:30 AM - Bath & braid hair
6:30 - 6:45 AM - Kitchen help or read novel
6:45 - 7:15 AM - Breakfast (poha, upma, fruit, soaked nuts)
7:15 - 7:30 AM - Get ready and leave for school (cycling)
School Time
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 1 hour total cycling (to & fro)
- 2L water
- No junk food
- 5-min stretch during break
Evening Routine
4:30 - 5:00 PM - Freshen up + light snack (makhana/chana)
5:00 - 5:45 PM - Exercise or Walk (alternate days)
5:45 - 6:00 PM - Cool down + coconut water/herbal tea
6:00 - 7:30 PM - Study time (boards focus)
7:30 - 8:00 PM - Break / read / relax
8:00 - 8:30 PM - Dinner (roti + sabzi + curd + salad)
8:30 - 9:15 PM - Study or revise notes
9:15 - 9:45 PM - Phone time or relax
