Minutes of the meeting of Class Parents Representatives with Teachers


(Class IX A,B,C and D)

AGENDA POINTS

1.PUNCTUALITY:
● Every student must reach the school by 7:20am

2.PROPER UNIFORM:
● Wear clean uniform, only Black floaters during rainy season, nails trimmed.
● Haircut to be done regularly(boys).
● Girls with long hair should tie two ponytails or plaits with red ribbon.
● It is mandatory that , on house dress day same colour ribbon of the house to be worn.
● Students are not allowed to wear costly items like jewellery, watch etc.

3.ATTENDANCE 75% MANDATORY.


● In case of medical case submit medical certificate to the class teacher.
● Leave should be sanctioned from the class teacher in other cases.

4. PERIODIC TEST1/ MONTHLY TEST:


● Periodic test for classes 3-10 will be held and information regarding this will be
circulated.

5. DISCOURAGING HALF DAY LEAVE DURING THE EXAMINATION:


● Students with only medical cases will be allowed for half day.
● Parents will collect their children after completing the procedure for the same.

6. NOTEBOOK UPKEEP:
● All subject copies to be properly covered with colours prescribed and labelled.
● Strict prohibition of correction white fluids .

7. INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICAL ISSUES:


● If any children have any medical issue, parents, kindly bring it to the notice of class
teacher and written firm so that the child would be taken extra care.

8. IMPLEMENTATION OF BAG WEIGHT POLICY:


● NCF has provided a clear-cut instruction regarding the school bag weight policy.

9. FEE PAYMENT:
● Every quarter piece of your work to be paid within the given time.

10.PROHIBITION OF STUDENTS CREATING SOCUAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS AND


TAGGING VIDYALAYA STUDENTS AND STAFF:
● No student is allowed to create any social media account and involves school activities
and staff in that.

11.PARENTS TO RESTRICT/AVOID PARKING AT THE FRONT SIDE OF THE GATE


DURING STUDENT EXIT:
● This is observed that due to parking vehicles near the front gate, there is a there is a
chaos during disposal. Children’s safety has to be taken care of.

SUGGESTIONS BY CPRS:
1. More physical activities should be included so that students can have a better
participation .
2. The bags of the students are heavy so as per the policy the weight of the bags must be
reduced.
3. Condition of white board in many classes is not appropriate . This creates a
hinderance in the students studies so it must be dealt with priority.
4. Some of the classes don’t have interactive panel or projector so this must also be
installed .
5. Classroom of 9A and 9B is not appropriate keeping in mind the strength of the class
so some necessary arrangements must be made so as to accommodate students.
6. Study materials should not be sent on the phone as they are aiming to reduce the
screen time .
7. Science experiments must be done more frequently in the classroom to give them a
better understanding of the concepts.

CLOSING REMARKS:
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with gratitude expressed by Mrs. Swati Sharma,
Ms. Shruti Gaymukhe, Mr. Harsh Prakash Shukla and Mrs. Garima Punia for the
commitment to collaborative efforts, aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of classes
throughout the academic year 2025-26.
