Net Metering:
Net Metering allows the Solar Project Owner to feed the excess Solar Power to grid when
the load available is low, say, during weekends in office buildings. The excess power fed is
offset against the electricity used from the grid in the electricity bill. This has been
implemented in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Delhi
till date.

Incentives to Go Solar
1. Accelerated Depreciation
Section 32 of IT act provides Accelerated Depreciation of 80 % of the
invested capital to companies with tax liability. Solar Project Developers
can set off their tax liability on the taxable income to the tune of 80%
of Solar Project Value in the 1st year, and subsequently 20% in the 2ndyear.

Scope of Proposal:
The offer price includes the following:

Exclusions:
1. Provision of water supply and storage of material at
the time of installation.
2. Modules Cleaning – If O&M is not awarded to us. (under AMC it’s not covered)
Note: Any other exclusion can be done on behalf of Customer at Extra Cost as per mutually agreed terms.
Validity of Offer:
The offer is valid for 20 days from date of issue.
Delivery and Completion Time:
Delivery, Installation & Commissioning within 90 working days after the receipt of LOI with advance amount.
Project Organization:
• The project will be executed by a nominated project organization and led by an experienced Project
Manager.
• He will be assisted by a team comprising members of Design, Installation, Quality and Safety. Best in
Class SLN ENTERPRISES -Quality Assurance Plan benchmarked with best practices in installation and
safety will be deployed during execution.

Solar Modules:
• 25 years linear peak power output warranty i.e. 10 years product warranty 25years
performance guarantee (90% up to 10 years, 80% up to 25 years) as per
Manufacture Norms.
Solar Inverters
• 7 years Limited Warranty on Design, Material and Workmanship for On-Grid.
Balance of System:
• The other equipment will be warranted against any defect in design, material and workmanship for
a period of 2 years from date of Commissioning. The repair/replacement shall be attended free
of cost to the client, during the TWO years period.
Covered in AMC:
1. Regular/Complementary Services will be provided.
2. Any type of Complaint will be attended in 24 to 48 working hours.
Not Covered in AMC:
1. Solar Panels External Cleaning of the system.
2. Breakable or any damage due to natural disasters does not cover in AMC.
3. Shifting of the system or complaint raised without any technical issue will be chargeable.
Scope of Services:
Installation works:
• Supply and installation of Standard

• Supply and connection of electrical cables and protection systems.
• All civil works required for erecting the mounting structure.

• Material storage at site (space to be provided by client)
Scope of Client
• All construction related permits, approvals and Power and water
for Construction
• Provision of LAN / Wi-Fi for online monitoring.
• Providing shadow free area for Installation with safe access for material handling and
Installation work.
• Space for placing Inverter, DBs, Data logger (Internet connection to be provided by
client)
• Meter cubicle and LT panel changes as needed from Electricity authority.
• Any roof reinforcement or development work required for the roof.
