Terms and Conditions of eTicket Purchase
1. Tickets can be purchased through Online mode for Zoo, Safari, Butterfly park and Parking.
2. A family is considered as a group.
3. Types of tickets available a) Jeep Safari Combo ( Safari + Zoo + Butterfly Park ) b)
AC Bus Safari Combo ( Safari + Zoo + Butterfly Park ) c) Non AC Bus Safari Combo (
Safari + Zoo ) d) Zoo only e) Butterfly Park only. f) Luggage, fine and others.
4. Parking tickets are mandatory for own and rented vehicles.
5. Limited number of online tickets are available for Zoo, Butterfly Park, Safari as per the
COVID -19 revised carrying capacity estimation done at the park in order to maintain social
distancing norms.
6. Your temperature will be checked using digital thermometer at the gates prior to entry. In
case of high body temperature or any other symptoms related to COVID-19 in any one of
the group members, all members of a group will be denied entry to the park. In such cases
payment will not be refunded.
7. Updated MHA, Gol and GoK guidelines to be followed for allowing entry with respect to
children, pregnant women, senior citizen and other vulnerable groups.
8. Visitors must report 15 minutes prior to booked time. You are requested to strictly follow the
timings printed on your tickets to be allowed entry.
9. Facilities: Toilets, resting places, hand sanitizers, cloak room, wheelchairs etc.,
We Encourage Visitors
10. To carry face masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, water bottle, snacks & lunch, umbrella and
wear cap, comfortable shoes as you are required to walk about 2.7 Km.
11. To bring home made food and have it at the places designated for the purpose. (Hill view
Restaurant & Hotel at BMTC building). Only selected hot meals and hygienic snacks will be
available for sale at these restaurants after obtaining due approval from the Government.
12. Restaurant will serve only ready to eat items like biscuits, wafers, etc. and tetra pack
drinks, mineral water bottles.
Disinfection Protocol
13. Hand Sanitizers are placed at entry gate and various places around the park.
14. All safari vehicles and battery operated vehicles will be sanitized after every trip.
15. Parking premises, standoff barriers and other common facilities will be disinfected
regularly.

Penal Provision
16. Heavy Fine will be imposed for spitting or teasing / feeding animals and any other violation.
17. Ministry of Home Affairs, Gol and Government of Karnataka COVID 19 guidelines to be
strictly followed
18. All visitors shall strictly follow the directions issued by the BBP. Do's and Don'ts
displayed at the park to be strictly followed.
