2 Review regularly personal teaching practice using


existing laws and regulations that apply to the teaching profession and the
responsibilities specified in the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers.

Consistently complying with and implementing school policies and procedures is


essential in fostering harmonious relationships with learners, parents, and other
stakeholders. As an educator, I ensure that my actions align with DepEd guidelines,
school regulations, and community expectations, creating a structured,
professional, and collaborative learning environment.

To establish discipline and order, I strictly adhere to school policies on classroom


management, student conduct, and academic integrity. I reinforce these policies
by setting clear expectations for behavior, attendance, and participation while
ensuring fair and consistent implementation. Through open communication, I help
students understand the importance of school rules in creating a safe and conducive
learning environment.

Engaging with parents and guardians is also a key component of compliance with
school policies. I actively participate in parent-teacher conferences, home
visitations, and community meetings, keeping them informed about their
children's progress, school programs, and student welfare initiatives. I ensure that I
comply with guidelines on data privacy (RA 10173 – Data Privacy Act) by handling
student records responsibly and respecting confidentiality.

Furthermore, I collaborate with school administrators and fellow educators by


supporting institutional programs such as Brigada Eskwela, feeding programs,
and school-based disaster risk reduction initiatives. I strictly follow DepEd
Orders, memoranda, and division policies to align my teaching practices with the
school’s vision and mission. By working closely with stakeholders such as LGUs,
NGOs, and private partners, I help mobilize resources for school development
projects that benefit the learners.

By consistently implementing and complying with school policies, I contribute to a


culture of transparency, accountability, and mutual respect. This commitment
strengthens relationships among all education stakeholders, ensuring a
collaborative and student-centered school community that fosters academic
success and personal growth.
