Facade
1. Clean glass surfaces daily / weekly using appropriate glass cleaners.
2. Remove cobwebs, bird droppings, and stains promptly daily / weekly . (For High street stores)
3. Façade lights or focus lights should be in proper working condition and functioning well always.
Main Signage
1. Signage should be properly lit & functioning.
2. Align project team or replace any flickering or fused bulbs immediately.
3. Signage should be free of dirt, dust, stains, & bird droppings.
Facade LED Screen
1. Operational Status:
The facade LED screen should be in proper working condition at all times.
2. Content Playback:
The latest updated video file must run continuously.
Confirm video playback requirements with the Operations team & update it.
3. Display Settings:
Ensure screen brightness and contrast are appropriately set for optimal visibility in varying light conditions.
4. Offer Communication:
If there are active offers, ensure offer-related content is played alternately with the main video.
Mannequins (Window + In-store)
1. Only use Best seller Merch / New arrivals from Excel sheet shared by Planning / Ops team.
2. Use accessories for style-up the mannequins.
3. Always use solids for inner layers & florals or checks for outer layers when layering.
4. The reverse combination is also an option.
5. JIFFY all merchandise is must & should.
Store Entrance
1. Store Entrance:
The entrance should be very clean, neat, and welcoming at all times.
2. Entrance Carpet:
Ensure the carpet at the entrance is clean and properly placed.
3. Entrance Door:
The door should be clean and well-maintained.
"Push" & "Pull" communication must be clearly visible and correctly positioned.
4. Air Conditioning:
The store's AC temperature should be appropriately set to ensure comfort for customers as they enter.
Store Layout
1. Adherence to Layout:
The approved store layout must be followed strictly.
2. Avoid Unapproved Changes:
Avoid frequent layout changes unless directed by the back-end team.
3. Regular Layout Checks:
Conduct a weekly check to ensure alignment with the approved layout.
Product Display

1. Top:
- Highlight New Arrivals.
- Bright Colours with prints facing out strictly.
- Upper row front facing & lowers are side facing.
2. Bottom:
- Highlight New Arrivals.
- Light colours to Face out.
- Use only Denims & Cargos on the wall.
3. Generic:
- Steam Ironing Must & Should.
- Light to dark shades to follow.
- The focus lights need to be adjusted on the product.
- Walls, Fixtures, Hangers to be neat & clean.
- Price tags should be hidden and not visible to customers.
The points mentioned in the previous slide
applies to all types of wall elevations.

CDU Display Details & Count
1. Top:
- Display light colours at the entrance
- Match colors & prints to complement with the bottoms.
- The display should face the walking path.
- Allocate one full hang rail specifically for dress display.
2. Bottom:
- Highlight New Arrivals.
- Display only Joggers & non denims.
- Allocate one hang rail for each specific category of bottoms.
- Strictly no mixing of categories.
3. Generic:
- Steam Ironing Must & Should.
- Light to dark shades to follow.
- The focus lights need to be adjusted on the product.
- Units & Hangers to be neat & clean.
- Price tags should be hidden & not visible to customers.
The points mentioned in the previous slide applies to all types of Hang rails.
The style counts will increase proportionally with the rail width.

Steam Ironing
1. Ensure all products are properly
steam-ironed before display.
2. Do not display merchandise unless
it has been properly steam-ironed.
Size wise display
1. Display products from smallest to
largest for easy browsing.
2. Follow the same size order in all
sections to avoid confusion.
3. Ensure team members follow
size order while displaying.
Hanging Standards
1. Maintain proper spacing between products &
hangers to ensure a neat and shoppable display.
2. Ensure the neck and shoulders of hanging
products are aligned uniformly.
Product Fanning
Ensure neat & proper fanning of all
front-hanging & side-hanging products.
Proper Replenishments
1. After a sale, replenish the product immediately before assisting the next customer.
2. Make sure to display the product only after steam ironing and arranging it by size.
Hanger use
1. Broad shoulder Hanger – For T-shirts
2. Flat shoulder Hanger - For Shirts
3. Clip Hanger – For Bottoms
Product Facing
Ensure that all displayed products-
T-shirts, shirts, & bottoms are Facing
toward the customer's walking path.
Shoe Wall
1. Display the shoes in pairs.
2. Arrange the display in a gradient from light to dark tones.
3. Ensure all shoes are aligned in a uniform direction, either left or right.
4. Try to highlight the print or the character of the product.
5. Price tags should be hidden and not visible to customers.
6. Ensure that the focus lighting is accurately directed onto the product/display.
7. Maintain equal spacing between shoes for a clean & effective display .
8. Avoid clutter & let each product “breathe.
9. Shoes should always be dust-free and neatly aligned.
Trial Rooms
1. Maintain trial rooms in a clean, organized, & presentable condition.
2. Ensure all mirrors are spotless, with no visible hand marks or smudges.
3. Ensure ample lighting, & all lights should be in proper working condition.
4. Tried merchandise should not be left hanging inside the trial rooms.
Once the customer exits, all extra garments must be promptly removed & replenished.
5. The trial room passage should be free from clutter, including boxes,
extra CDUs, or any other items obstructing the path.
Cash Counter
1. Keep it neat, clean, and clutter-free.
2. Display the Google review unit, exchange policy,
& any current promotional communication.
Stock Room
1. The stock room should be neat and clutter-free.
2. Products should be easily accessible during business hours.
3. Segregation should be done category-wise and style-wise.
4. Keep the stock room free of empty cartons and unnecessary clutter.
