Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for EDSP scholarship, the candidate must meet the


following qualifications:
 The applicant must be Single
 The applicant must be not more than 21 years old for Incoming
1st year college and 30 years old for 2nd to 5th year college
 Must enroll or be studying in a Philippine-based college /
university
 Must be a Grade 12 graduating student with a General
Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% or its equivalent
 Students already enrolled in the 2nd to 5th year of college
must have a GWA of not lower than a B letter grade or 85
percent.

Documentary Requirements
The list of documents required to apply for the OWWA Scholarship
program are as follows:
 Proof of Identity:
o OFW – Valid Passport Copy of OFW Passport Bio or
Information Page
o Dependent- School I.D. or any available valid I.D.
o ANY of the following: Birth Certificate or Baptismal
 Proof of grades from the previous School Year
o Form 137 or Form 10 [TOR], Form 138 or Report Card, or
Certificate of Grades from the School
 A 2×2 I.D. Picture of the OFW’s Dependent (Child or
Sibling Applicant)
o White background
o With name tag and signature of applicant
