organization, aimed at welcoming new members
and integrating them into our community. As our
organization continues to grow and evolve, the
importance of effectively onboarding new
members has become increasingly clear. This
event serves as a crucial touchpoint in that
process, ensuring that newcomers feel valued,
informed, and connected from the very beginning
of their journey with us.
 Objectives: To formally welcome new members
into the organization, making them feel valued
and appreciated from the outset. To celebrate the
accomplishments of both new and existing
members, reinforcing a culture of recognition and
appreciation within the organization.

Existing members, including the teacher and
leadership , who will participate in welcoming and

team of volunteers and the club and
organizations members from various
departments responsible for planning and
executing the event.
Speakers and Facilitators Keynote speakers,
organizational leaders, and facilitators who will
present, engage, and guide activities during
the celebration.
Printed materials such as welcome packets,
wrist tags, and button pins For the new
members of the organizations and clubs.

Implementation

 Activities conducted: Opening Remarks. A


senior leader or organizer delivers a welcome
speech to set the tone for the event,
highlighting the significance of the induction
celebration and the organization’s mission.
Personal Introduction, each new member is
invited to officially announced as a member of
the organizations and clubs, and each member
of the organizations have the pins that
symbolize their official positions.
