Payment Terms: Fees to be paid one month before start of the semester. HUS has the right to deny entrance to a student,
whose fees haven’t been paid.
Refund Guidelines: Tuition fees once paid is entitled for refund, only if the child has not attended a day of school and
informs the school management 15 days before the start of the academic year. If the child has attended one day or more
the fees will not be refunded. Registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
Annual school fees does not include: 1. Field trips, picnics, stationery, notebooks and after-school activities.
2. Diploma Programme: Subscription fee for Kognity services.

Cash is not accepted as payment and the account will only be credited after the school office receives proof of
payment.
Caution Deposit: A caution deposit fee of 50,000 is to be paid at the time of admissions. This fee is refundable, at the time
of transfer, subject to clearance of all dues or damages owed to the School. This amount shall not accrue interest. The
timeframe for the refund of the deposit is three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of the TC by the parent.
Registration/Admission Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee of 50,000 to secure an admission spot.
Exam Fees: Examination fees vary depending on the programme and number of exams a student chooses to sit.
Examination fees will be collected in the month of September every year for students of MYP5 & DP2
Field Trips: Fees for education camps, excursions and field trips will vary according to the programme and the place
of visit
