Personal Profile
My name is Arya Bagayatkar , and I am currently appearing for the ICSE examination after spending
thirteen enriching years at Prime Academy. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently
maintained a strong academic record, with particular interest and achievement in Mathematics and
Science. I have won several inter-school science exhibition competitions and received certificates of
merit for academic excellence in multiple subjects.
Alongside academics, I have actively participated in various co-curricular activities, with chess being
my primary area of interest. As a passionate chess player, I have represented my school in several
district-level chess tournaments, securing top positions and earning recognition for strategic thinking
and concentration.
During my time at school, I was entrusted with the role of Sports Captain in Class IX, where I led my
house to victory in multiple inter-house events. This experience helped me develop strong leadership
and team-management skills.` I also volunteered for the school’s social outreach program, which
deepened my sense of responsibility and empathy.
Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue a career in engineering, with a long-term goal of becoming a Cyber
security officer. I plan to join a reputed college where I can further explore my interest in technology
and innovation. While I am studying I will simultaneously pursue my sports career. I aim not only to
represent INDIA in the world chess championship but also win the championship.
My strengths include discipline, logical thinking, and a calm approach under pressure—traits that
have helped me both academically and in chess. My main weakness is public speaking, but I am
actively working to overcome it by participating in debates and elocution contests.
Two characteristics that set me apart from others are my analytical mindset and my dedication to
constant self-improvement. I believe these qualities, combined with my academic and extracurricular
achievements, will help me excel in any college environment I become a part of.
